Business plans / Feasibility studies



We develop precise and market oriented business plans / feasibility studies to provide and clear picture about a project's organizational, commercial and financial feasibilities, leading to effective and efficient investment decisions.


The business plan includes the market study which is conducted by NCRA in a manner that renders the conclusions sound and realistic.


The studies are needed to raise equity and debt capital in order to finance the project's development cost.



Financial Management Optimization



NCRA offers a range of managerial and financial advisory services in order to assist its corporate clients in managing effectively and efficiently their resources, improving therefore their financial performance by optimizing their Net profits, Cash Flows, Capital structure (solvability) and maximizing their shareholders' wealth. ​



Business Valuation



NCRA's valuation service is dedicated to the appraisal of a business that does not have a ready market value. We focus on the constituent parts of goodwill and intangible assets, that represent in many cases the most valuable asset of the business.

NCRA offers an equity and debt capital raising service that includes the preparation of the business plan or the PPM (Private Placement Memorandum), conducting road shows and connecting with potential funds providers like banks, investment funds and high net worth family offices, as well as closing the financing deal.



Due Diligence / Corporate Inspection



NCRA provides the service when an investor is planning to acquire a company ​or when a silent partner in a company wants to obtain an objective and clear picture about the company's operational and financial statuses. NCRA, established in 1997, is a privately held company, owned and managed by Mr. Joe Sayegh, holder of degrees in economics, finance and management, with a relevant and extensive experience dating back to 1991, in the fields of commercial banks management, investment banking, investments management, private banking, corporate finance, managerial finance, project finance, financial management and strategic management consulting.
